There is a time limit with every purchase. Your username and password may have expired. You can check this from the confirmation email sent by CCBill, ClickandBuy or annaspansdiary.com. Please note that your ClickandBuy login details are not used to access content on Annaspansdiary.com and we will not ask you to give out your ClickandBuy details.
If you have lost your password or username, or your password or username is not working, please email support@annaspansdiary.com and we'll try to sort it out for you as soon as possible. You should include as much detail as possible in your email to speed up the process.
