You have signed up as a new customer but have not yet received your confirmation email
Try checking your bulk mail or spam folder from your email provider for your confirmation email.
Failing this, we can resend your confirmation email. Please contact us at support@annaspansdiary.com
You have tried everything above but it’s still not working
Please email support@annaspansdiary.com with as much info as possible so we can work fast to fix your problem. Our aim is to keep you as happy customer and we are very sorry you are having these difficulties. If possible, please let us know your WMP version or all other media player information, browser, ISP, connection speed and the precise problem you are having.
I cannot login to members' area
Please note that the username and password are case sensitive, and due to
security reasons, you may need to enter the details more than once.
Also, please check that cookies are enabled on your computer as this is
required for the site to keep track of logged in users. If you keep having problems with cookies, email support@annaspansdiary.com and include as much details as possible about your problem.
What are the system requirements for viewing the movies?
The movies are in Windows Media Video format (wmv) and require the correct
player or plugin.
Playback requirements:
Windows:
Windows Media Player
(http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.mspx)
Mac OS X:
Flip 4 Mac plugin (http://www.flip4mac.com/), Windows Media Player or VLC
Player. We recommend Flip 4 Mac plugin, but in some cases the free VLC
player from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ has proved to work as well or
even better.
You may be able to use other media players, but some may be incompatible with wmv files. If you have problems with playback, email support@annaspansdiary.com.
If you are not sure that your system can playback wmv files, just download any wmv file from the Internet to test.
Payment
My shopping cart does not work
Please check that cookies are enabled on your computer as this is required for the site to keep track of items in shopping cart. If you keep having problems with cookies, email support@annaspansdiary.com and include as much details as possible about your problem.
Payment options
Payments are processed by ClickandBuy and CCBill. You may choose either one when you go to checkout.
Once the payment has been approved, you will be able to download your video/s.
